Anyone know what this film is?

A film from a few years ago about a guy who is haunted by a whole busload of people who died at the exact same moment he was born (the bus crashed...), and now follow him around giving him advice about his life / messing stuff up for him!

I saw a trailer for this, I am sure, but have no idea what it is called. Does anyone know what this is?
 
I watched a film years ago on BBC2, I think it had "summer" in the title...

It was an old film (it might have been black & white) and a woman was following/chasing a bloke (mostly almost naked) for the last 20mins or so of the film.

He disappeared into a hut and the reveal at the end was that he was with another man (shocking I know - well it must have been in them days!).

I think the woman then set fire to the hut...

Sorry it's a bit vague, but it's been bugging me for years - anyone got a clue?!
