Say I'm walking home one night, and there's another person 20-30 yards behind me. no one else on the street. And i suffer some kind of attack ( medically, like a heart attack, not at the hands of another person). It's blatantly obvious i need help. the person walking behind me walks past and doesn't try to help...
Do they have any legal obligation to help me?
What if i asked them to call an ambulance... do they have any legal obligations to help?
What would be the consequences if i died, and it could be proven that they didn't help me? and if i didn't die?
