The car only does this for short periods of time and at random. It will feel strange and the rpms wont go up when the pedal is pressed more while driving. When stopped in neutral and the pedal is pushed the engine revs up then the rpms drop while i keep the same pressure on the gas pedal then after a duration the rpms will return to normal. The mechanic couldnt figure this one out. Also when it does it in idle the rpms will go close to 0 then go back up to about 700 rpm and keep repeating while it is doing it and sometimes will stall. This problem happens at random times and doesnt last more than 20 mins. Any ideas would really help. Thanks!
