i just payed 800 dollars for a down payment on a hyundai accent and know there are 8 codes coming up on the "o' Rielys code thing and my tranny is messing up. well i took my car back to the dealer and told them about all the problems and that it needed fixed instead he said that i can take this "GOOD" car and hell just "eat" the title because he just put it in my name. well the car i put a down payment on is a 1999 hyundai accent and the total price on it that im paying is 3200 and the car hes trying to get me to keep in stead for the SAME price is a 1989 cryseler sundance! (its a POS!!!) there are many things on it that are broke and i have 2 kids also and the drivers side back door is locked and the lock latch is broke off! its a death trap for me and my kids. i just need to know if what he is doing is the "Bait and Switch Deal" which is dealer ship fraud. hes taking a valuble car with some issues and trying to make me pay the same price for a car with the blue book value of 500 dollars????? PLEASE HELP??? SHOULD I GET AN ATTORNEY OR DEMAND MY CAR GET FIXED OR MAKE HIM GIVE ME MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK?????
ok, for all the people that think there all kno it alls. 800 down is not the price of the car the car is 3500 so obviously it is not all i can afford. and what say do you have to be judging on how much i can and can not afford??? if people on here are going to be smartasses and judgemental then dont effin post! so the person on here getting all snotty and shit can stop because i know the law now because i have talked to a legal office and what he did IS "ILLEAGAL"!!!! no thanks to u smartasses!
