anyone know tmobuk download page for bb upgrade?

Hello all.

Does anyone know the page address for downloading OS upgrades from the UK website. I want to download the 4.2 for my 8700 Tmob version.

I am not able to access the USA site because I don't have a USA number.

I know it exists as I found it once but I didn't have the ID and password. Now I have those I can't find the download section.
