I'm doing a cover of Pictures of Matchstickmen on a music app. I've got most of the instruments, parts etc figured out, but I'm having trouble with the bass line. Someone was kind enough to put a tab on the net, but I could't make it work. It just sounded really off and flat with the rest of the music(quite possible that I didn't play it right). When I listen to the bass line on the original song, it sounds awesome and really compliments the rest of the instruments. If anyone knows it, I'd appreciate help or if you wanted some kind of compensation, we could work something out.
Anyone know the Status Quo's Pictures of Matchstick Men Bass Line?
