i was told once when selling a home to leave the drapes, blinds or some sort of window coverings. if that's expected then i would think anything bolted would be as well. then again, i would not speakers or any type of surround sound equipment or electronics whether i was expected to or not. now if there's a intercom or security system, it should stay in my opinion. do you know anyone locally that's a real estate agent? that's where i got my info from in the past and it probably depends on where you are located.
