It's about this teen girl who's mother died and her father draws a famous cartoon character for a living.
He draws one of his cartoons about her 'development' as in her chest. And she's teased about it.
Later on, she's found crying in the park. And a woman comes by and gives her a handkerchief and tries to give it to her, but she said that's what sleeves are for and wiped her tears on her shirt sleeve. Little did she know, the woman was her mother, coming back to watch over her, make sure she was happy, and bring her and her father closer.
Oh, and I hope this helps a little more--the maid, I think, had a really sarcastic sense of humor and compared different things to each other and hardly made any sense, which made it even more funny.
