Anyone know of some good apartment hunting tools, such a pre-made spreadsheets & such?

I'm looking at apartments and was hoping to find some pre-made tools like excel spreadsheets and the like that could help save me some time & get myself organized. I figure mostly I want amenities listed & the apartment names, etc. Any helpful info & links will be greatly appreciated. I guess, beginners kit for apartment hunting would be good :) Thanks!
