Anyone Know of Articles on T/X Multiconnector?

Hi, all:

I just discovered that the T/X has a MIC-IN pin on the multiconnector. I've been dying to create an in-line recording system to record audio from audio documentaries, CNN, public radio, talk shows, etc. Anyone know of articles that discuss pin outs, programming the port in C/C++, etc?

I have installed a mic internally in my two TXs. You can just connect to Agnd (pin 16) and mic (pin 17) on the connector or there is another place that is easier to solder to on the mother board.

I forgot to mention that there is the free SoundRec app that works on the TX for recording audio although it makes very large files and I have also had poor luck with it recording anything more than 2 minutes long... my TX turns off!

Another app that works perfectly with the TX is Voice Memo, an app that comes with some Palms. I have acquired a copy of it and installed it on my TX. It makes files that are about 5KB per second as I recall. This makes it feasible to record very long sessions if you use a large SD card... something like 55 hours per gigabyte of file length!
