Rottenchips.... what do you mean by the "best" rate... my ripping program will do 320kbps... i will admit if you are talking about 128kbps personnally don't like it, I can tell the difference between CD and MP3 in that case... but when you get to 192kbps theres no way in hell I could pick them apart. So really that's what I look for. Each person prefers a different quality and files size...I will agree on one thing though ripping anything at less than 128 is a big waste of time.
