I have just replaced my alternator on my 1990 Ford Ranger, need a diagram on the belt placement. Does anyone either know how it's placed or know where to get a diagram?
Have you checked under the hood? A lot of manufacturers will put a diagram of how the serpentine belt is fitted under there. If not you will probably need to get a shop manual for your particular model.
