Anyone know how to unlock iphone 3g 4.0 on 5.14.02? or when the unlock will be out?

hi, i have a iphone 3g stuck on 5.14.02.
had 4.1 and downgraded to 4.0, base never changes.
if anyone knows how to unlock, please let me know.

btw its jailbroken.
