Anyone know how to transfer songs from pc to verizon cellphone without paying for VCAST?

Is there a way to transfer songs, pictures from my pc to my verizon phone without subscribing to VCAST?
Vcast is free to download, but one has to subscribe to the service to simply transfer files -___-

Any way I can get around this? I have the htc incredible and I really want to find a way to transfer my songs. Please help!
