anyone know how to convert Nokia 3200 from NZ to US?

Does anyone know what settings/set up that can change a Nokia 3200 model purchased in New Zealand (vodaphone network) to US (cingular network)? I seem to have problems sending and receiving pix and texts received from abroad.
 
You will have to ring up your operator and get dem to send you the settings for the cingular network! Da GPRS and MMS etc.
