Anyone Know Anything About T Mobile? Please Help?!?

my ex is on t mobile and we had a falling out in august, everytime i tried to call him between august and november it said ' welcome to the T mobile voice mail service '

However, i tried calling him today and it keeps saying

' you have dialled an incorrect number '


what does this mean? I know the number is deffinatly correct etc..

why did it say ' welcome to the t mobile voice mail service ' for so long? Had he still got that number fot that period of time?
 
Hello.

Your ex has cancelled his number with T-Mobile and got a new between November and today. Its that simple I'm afraid. The message "welcome to the T-Mobile voicemail service" means that the number had been valid. The message "you have dialled an incorrect number" means that the number has been discontinued.
