...human being at Vodafone!? Hi guys,
I'm looking for a contact address at Vodafone's collections department. They're charging me for a sim that I never even received, they've even sent me default notices!!
I've e-mailed their generic online customer services address 4 times, each reply useless.
I'm hard of hearing and they just keep giving me the phone number for their collections department, telling me there is no e-mail address. IRONIC considering that they're a 'communications company'!
I really hope someone's got an address!
