Anyone know a lot about old Sega games?

My brother and i are trying to remember a game we used to play when we were younger. The main character was a man made out of circles and he shot things out of his hands. One level involved ice and if i remember correctly the last level (or one of the last) involves a tornado. Sorry if it's a bit vague but it's all we remember.
 
Vectorman and Vectorman 2 for sega genesis.
The icelevel took place in the cave, before the clocktower level.
Ahhh good memories.
And at the end, to face the final boss; Warhead, you floated up a tornado! Thanks for bringinb back the memories.
