ok is it legal to ban someone from a store that didnt steal but was with someone that did? even when the person that didnt steal actually bought merchandise? in a mall by the way
whoever can answer this accurately thank you!
 
They have the right to ban ANYONE from their store, should they choose to do so.

You were with a thief and you're branded forever.
