and if you can stand a bit of fiction, check out Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy. One of the best special ops books I've read.
If you want non-story real life details check out the Military Power Series, which explains about training and history of different groups. Clancy also does some non fiction on Special Forces and Airborne (kind of like the Power Series, but with a lot more history).
