Woke up this morning to finding both my receivers not picking up any signal from the sat.
The weather isn't the greatest at the moment, so I figured its because of that. I called 1-888-sky-dish and selected technical support (after keying in my 10 digit telephone number) and the automated system reported that I may not be receiving signal due to the severe weather in my area. (So I hung up at this point)
anyone else having the same issue? We've been thorough worse weather in my area and have maintained great signal, so this sorta surprises me.
