pay a "fine" for not buying? insurance, right? How is that working? From what I understand, the fines come when you work for a company that offers insurance benefits, but you choose not to take them, right? If, and only if, you're from Massachusetts, please explain you system for me or tell me where I can get info on it. Thanks
