Anyone heard of an artist by the name of Travis Catlett?

I've been looking to buy some art from some up and coming artists with the hopes of making an investment that will pay off (at least moderately) in the future. I Found an artist whose style I LOVE and noticed that he is selling some paintings on eBay and they start out very low. His name is Travis Catlett. I was wondering if anyone has heard of him or if anyone has any tips buying art as an investment. Thanks
