anyone having trouble connecting to multiplayer?

i'm trying to play with my friends and it keeps saying the session i'm trying to join no longer exists or if i manage to get in, 'you've lost connection to one or more players. returning to single player'

I think the PS3 servers were down just about all day yesterday and the XBOX for a little while too. I tried PS3 multi this morning and it worked but I dunno if it is still up.

worked on mine and a friend's PS3 last night but today it doesn't work. seriously what the fuck why can't they keep a fucking server going. hopefully they'll have it fixed in the next few days to accomodate everyone that BOUGHT THEIRE FUCKING GAME
