anyone have Tmobile contact number?

Ive recently joined tmobile and my phone bill has came in yet i have not received the phone. The details of the account are also wrong on the bill. I tried phoning up the number from the website 0845 412 5000 but it is an automated answer and cant seem to get through to an actual person to speak to and sort out. Could someone give me a number that will put me through to a person? And i cant phone 150 as i dont have the phone.
