I have decided to do an outpatient treatment program for my alcohol abuse. Has anyone done an outpatient with success? It is 4 days/week, 3 hours/day. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I went to inpatient treatment, myself.
I think that if you have a severe problem, then inpatient is the only way.
I also think that if you feel that outpatient would help you, go for it.
I have heard good things about both.
It is all about how much you want to change your life.
