anyone have files to flash verizon V325 to cricket?

I have used the cricket monster a couple of times for the V3, but a friend of mine broke his phone and I'm trying to help him switch over an old verizon V325 but haven't had any luck finding any flash files for this model phone. ..

Or if anyone can point me to the instructions to keep the verizon interface and maybe just load the cricket PRL..?
