I am considering starting this operation and would like to do indoor and outdoor shows. This would be run by myself and my brother. I am an experienced traveling vendor with retail products but have never sold food and was wondering about the income potential, logistical concerns(trailer required?, minivan ample?, etc), and competition at shows. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
