Anyone have an idea about my MRI on my shoulder

1. Moderately severe supraspinatus tendinosis with linear intrasubstance fissuring/tearing involving the distal fibers. No full-thickness tear or tendon retraction.
2. Thickening and intermediate signal involving the anterior band of the inferior glenohumeral ligament extending to the level of the capsulolabral junction. This may represent the sequela of previous capsular injury. There is increased signal within the andtrochanters. There are labrum and a tear is not excluded. Evaluation of the labrum is limited on this non arthrographic study and MR arthrography should be considered for further evaluation if there is a specific clinical concern for a tear of the anteroinferior labrum. There is low-level marrow edema within the posterolateral aspect of anterior the humeral head which could represent contusion related to previous anterior dislocation though clinical correlation is recommended.
3. Mild hypertrophic degenerative changes in the acromioclavicular joint.

Your MRI reads similar to mine. In laymans terms your shoulder is shot/ worn out and most likely needs repaired..

See an orthopedic doctor specializing in upper extremeties for proper diagnosis and reading of the MRI.

I am in surgery recovery mode right now from the same thing.
