...mood swings? My daughter is now 17 as of yesterday and she has for the past 6 months had severe menstral pains at the beginning of her period and for a long time has pretty bad mood swings during the week before her period starts. Does anyone have any suggestions to help her out we have not yet been to the family doctor but that is the plan to see the doc. She is not on the pill. Has anyone experienced this with themselves or their kids and would a certain kind of birth controll pill help with her symptoms? Or any over the counter supliments?
