anyone have a PROJECT Chevrolet chevelle for sale?

I am a college student on a very fixed income, and i always promised my dad i would restore a chevelle for him and i'd like to keep my promise. I'm looking for a 69-71 project chevelle for really cheap. Like $5,000 and under. all i ask is that it has an engine. i know that it is a lot to ask. I live in Illinois, so only IA, WI, IN, MI, and MO can respond. I thank you for your time.
