Anyone have a problem with Toyota Financial Services before?

I asked for a due date change to match my cash flow. They replied no, because my payments had been a couple of days late on two occasions in the past. I replied: "Thanks for nothing! Obviously you don't care about getting your payments on time. Or you just prefer to rack up the late fees. I'm disappointed in this unsympathetic decision. I'm trying to cope with the financial effects that are a result the economic turmoil that America is facing, and would expect you to be understanding to my GOOD REASONING for wanting to change my due date in order to make payments when I get paid. My cash flow has been diminished due to income reduction as a result of job loss, and the acquisition of a lower paying job. What do you care, right? Your decision will definitely affect my future car buying decisions, which actually will be in August when we purchase a new vehicle for my wife. So much for that Sienna we were considering. I think we’ll go with the Odyssey now for sure. I guess this will be good information to share with the multitude of people I come in contact with on a daily basis, as well as on the numerous blog sites that I frequent. You may want to reconsider". Anyone else experience such insensitivity with them before?
