out 101 cats out of her home and ar? I am helping a lady with her cats we have taken 101 out and she has got 23 spayed and nuet and took them back now she is starting to let the ones outside we have been trapping out of the traps. what do I do. they will multiply like crazy and in a year she will have as many as be for. she lives out of city limits and they say nothing they can do. HELP!
