Anyone had this problem with Rineharts

Installed V&H Dresser Duals, Rinehart slipons, SE air filter and PCV on 2010 Ultra Classis. After 1000 miles I noticed the right (rear cylinder) muffler turning yellow. After about another 500 miles developed a bad rattle when letting off the throttle. Worse when cold. When cold I could slap the muffler and would make a bad rattling sound like the baffle was loose. Clearline Industries that make the Rineharts mufflers replaced both mufflers under warranty. Great people! Received new mufflers in two days after calling. I feel that the baffels were comming loose and the exhaust gases were bypassing the baffels and creating the yellowing. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
the yellowing is to much heat to lean do u have fuel management has it been tuned with the a/c and true duals they will run leaner. i have the same combo but i havent changed the a/c yet and my pipes are fine. my wifes bike on the other hand did the samething the right side turned yellow but no rattling.get it tuned and u will be ok i have heard alot about fuelmoto try calling them for a power commander. hope this helps.

Was running a PCV and fuel moto map when this happened. Since the yellowing and changing the mufflers Jamie has sent me a new map that I am now trying. I hope these mufflers don't do the same thing
