Anyone good at vectors and interpreting physics problems?

In a softball game, a .200 kg softball crossed the plate at 15 m/s at an angle of 30 degrees below the horizontal. The batter hits the ball toward the center field, giving it a velocity of 45 m/s at 60 degrees above the horizontal

a) Determine the impulse delivered to the ball

b) If the force increases linearly for 4 ms, holds constant for 20.0 ms, then decreases to 0 linearly for another 4.00 ms, what is the maximum force on the ball?
