Hi, I have asked this before but I only got one answer so I was wondering if anyone else could answer my questions.
I am an international student starting UCF in June. As I will be in the US for four years, I am wondering if I should ship my car. Do you need a car at UCF? I will definitely end up shipping my car at some point during the four years, I'm just not sure whether I'll need it my freshman year. I know you don't really need a car in college but I'm just used to being able to go somewhere whenever I want, and public transport isn't always reliable. Is the public transport in Orlando good? Do a lot of out-of-state students bring their cars?
Also, is UCF a "suitcase school"? I know that 93% of students come from Florida, but do a lot of students go home at the weekend?
Anything else you can tell me would be great.
