timescale that has been overruled? I inadvertently lodged a small claims court case later than I needed to and the case has a time bar on it which I missed, it has been continued in court but I now need cases which show the sitting judge or sheriff overruled the timebar in favour of the pursuer, in this case me, which would give examples of the timebar being overturned. Any help would be benificial
