Just looked at my bank statement and Toyota Financial debited my account today and yesterday for the same amount (my monthly loan amount) with the same reference number on my bank statement. When I try to log into the Toyota Financial website, it's as if my car and payment history have poofed, and left behind a bunch of java errors at the bottom of the page.
Anyone else?
As an aside, this is going to cause my rent, water, and electricity payments to bounce. If anyone has dealt with a car financier double charging, do they usually refund the money they took mistakenly?
