Only happens when on internet (usually at youtube). On restart you get "system has recovered from serious error etc"_
Already tried:
1. Disabled Windows firewall (have another). This seemed to help, however problem still happens after a while.
2. LSP Fix (deleted mswsock32, a file some question - made no difference).
3. Memtest (10hrs - still trying)
4. Numerous virus scans (nothing)
5. Tried latest browsers (FF GC), and latest version adobe flash
6. Closed down programs one at a time like Online Armour and the bloated ATI Catalyst (not the root of the problem as still happens).
If you had the prob and found a solution would love to hear!
