ANYONE ever been to byron bay surf camp ?

I've never been to the surf camp but I have been to Byron heaps of times. There are heaps of word class breaks all over Byron, the only problem now is it's really crowded these days. I'd recommend just going down there with a few mates and camping or stay in a van or car. Then just get up each morning and cruise around until you find a break that's working. Because of the amount of points and bay around Byron the waves can be shit on one site of a point and absolutely perfect on the other side.

Broken Head is my favourite break, used to go there on holidays when I was a kid, unfortunately it's one of the most crowded spots now, but when it's good it's one of the best waves I've ever surfed (just watch the rocks at low tide) :)

Also you've got Lennox Head and Ballina just down the road.
