I think Vennominaga should be reprinted. It's been out for a while and while it's not part of a top tier deck, they've reprinted cards like this before. It would be a nice addition to Gold Series 4 with a common Vennominon and venom support. I might pick up my old venom deck again.
Now keep in mind I'm not saying this because I just sold 3 Vennominaga on ebay for $70 each. That is totally not the reason it needs to be reprinted.
