So here is the deal, I am a sales rep for At&t; I've had around 8 customers come in the store today with the Motorola Q9. All of them seem to have the same problem, the phone will continuously power cycle itself as long as a sim card is inserted. If you use the phone with no sim inserted, it works fine.
I've called Motorola twice, the first time the rep hung up on me. The second rep told me that it was the first they have ever heard of that issue and since the phones are no longer under warranty they will not help these customers. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if its isolated to the Central Louisiana region. If its larger than just this area, obviously Motorola has some kind of issue that they do not want to admit to.
