or Cable? Rogers is a really odd company they really straight up steal your money. Anyone have problems with calling their customer service line?
What happened with me was the most stupid thing ever, please everyone tell me what you think.
So back in March I add 2500 text messages onto my plan, and I ask at the end what I have on my whole plan, and the representative said I had 250 daytime minutes.
Now for the August 09' bill, it says I have 200 minutes because really I skim through my bill and I don't look at it unless it goes over. It shows 200.. I call into rogers to get credited back my 30$, I don't really care about money, but it's worth a shot.
I explain the situation because it's really their fault telling me I have 250 minutes and I overuse, but I guess it's also my fault for not looking through it.
The repesentative says to me:
"I totally understand your situation but I can't help you. You have to send a letter in to the highest boss in Toronto, ON headoffice of Rogers and then he will review your case, and credit you back if anything."
So I'm left thinking what is the point of their retentions line IF THEY CAN'T CREDIT ME BACK. and basically the guy is talking circles around me and making me sound like I'm retarded, and I was going to cuss, but the guy probably makes a sleazy 15$ an hour so I let him go...
What do you guys think? Does Rogers customer service stink?
I'll still give a best answer.. ANSWER
