Anyone else have Love Film problems?

I find I get my 3 dvRAB on Tuesday and Wednesday, post them back on Wednesday and Thursday - or Wednesday Thursday and Friday...

then get them again the next week on Tuesday and Wednesday, post them back on Wednesday and Thursday or Wednesday Thursday and Friday...

and so it goes on. For four weeks now. I never have a dvd here to watch on a Friday Saturday or Sunday night.

They sit "despatching soon " for three or four days. Then say Despatched on Sunday night (which means Monday)

I think I have a good mix of older releases, TV and new releases on there, and plenty of them.

What's going wrong?

Last week I sent one back On Tuesday but it's Tuesday again now and I've been DVDless since Thursday.
 
I am having huge problems with my account it takes ages for the account to update, I keep having to report that I have sent the disc back days before (as I did last week) and now they have told me they are keeping an eye on my account because I keep reporting problems with sending the discs back/missing discs insinuating I am keeping the discs and just saying I've sent them back, and have even threatened to close my account

I reported 1 disc last week as it had been a week since I sent it back, and they sent me that email, but said my next disc should be dispatched and it hasn't been

I am thinking off leaving to be honest they are good on delivery and price but it just isn't worth the hassle sending stuff back, anyone know any other good online rentals that have the same kind of deals 3 discs a month for
 
If you are sending the discs back on Friday this is probably why you are experiencing a delay in received your next title as they do not dispatch discs over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
 
I quit my account a year ago. They regularly send me vouchers and offers for free trials, which, when i try to redeem them, are only open to new members. Utterly pointless.
 
I use mine for games rental and it's worked OK until the last two weeks, it now takes them 3 or more days to send the next game out and again it sit's at 'awaiting despatch' during this time. I keep missing my best time to play games (the weekend) because of this but they reckon it's because my list is not big enough (I have two lists, one for my son (9 titles) and one for me currently has 7 titles), thing is I don't want to add games I have no desire to play, what's the point in that?
