anyone else get scammed by Gazelle electronics trade-in?

I was blatantly scammed by Gazelle, the electronics trade-in company-my like new iphone came back with a value of $65-they sent me $30 and told me the matter was closed-I asked for my phone to be returned; however, according to them it was in poor condition but they sold it immediately-seems they do this to virtually everyone that delas with them and I wonder if there's any recourse. Thanks
