Anyone else bothered by McCain camp accusing Palin of being a bimbo?

I don't know about all of you, but I was very bothered when insiders of the McCain campaign were accusing Palin the day after the election of having cost them the presidency....
They accused the woman of pretty much being a bimbo. Now I was bothered because no one said anything until after the fact that they lost! I find it incredibly irresponsable of these people to not have said anything while the campaign was still going on. They would have let our country have an idiot as vice president if it meant keeping their big traps shut so as long as they would have won.... Anybody out there intelligent enough to see what a big joke McCain and his campaign were? Now, aren't you glad Obama won...?

At least they weren't calling her a hate monger racist. That's more what I was thinking.
