Lately, the weathers been upsetting. Living in Southern, Southern CA, & during the Summer especially, it hasn't really been sunny as in bright weather. Like last week, in my area, in the morning was cloudy, gray and it only got sunny a little after 5. Anyone agree? I am not used to this.
