The reason why that "Yellow Bar" isnt showing is because either ure not using a genuine copy of Windows, Mac, or Linux; or your pop-up (active - x) blocker is switched off.
Well... i suggest that you look carefully at the download page to see if there's a link saying "if download does not start automatically click here". If there's none, i suggest u try another site like "softpaedia.com or rapidshare.com; or download.cnet.com; try googling it or Yahooing it to give u more sites; although some sites will redirect you back to the authorised adobe download site.
I'm sure it'll pull thorugh jst keep trying.
