Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Alright, I'm writing yet another book but this time there isn't any supernatural elements (like vampires or werewolves, etc.) but revolves around historical pirates.
It's about kind of a forbidden love between the daughter of a pirate captain and the new cabin boy, since a cabin boy is like the lowest rank on a ship; they're like a slave to the pirates abored.
The pirate captain's daughter's name is Calypso but everyone really calls her by her nickname 'Frenchie' because before a man is killed, she kisses them; just like her mother used to do before she was hung.
The cabin boy is a runaway who is keeping a secret, he's the son of the Governor. His father is dying, which leaves his job to be passed down to his son; who doesn't want it so he runs away and is recruitted on the pirate ship as Frenchie's personal cabin boy.
When the crew on the ship is captured by government officials to be hung for their piracy, the cabin boy's secret is out. He needs to convince his father that he truly loves Frenchie and that he doesn't want to be Governor but a pirate, but he has to stand up to his father for the first time.
Okay, I need help with coming up for some names:
1) The name of the cabin boy [but I don't want Edward (as in Cullen) or William (as in Turner)
2) Some pirate nicknames for the pirate crew [not too long though]
3) The name of the Port of which the Governor well...governs
4) The name of the pirate ship
