Anybody out there know how I can get into the acting business?

I really want to start acting but I've never gone to the schools. Don't get me wrong, I would love to go lear how to act. But my parents say no. I don't know why they wont let me, but I really want to be on TV. If you have any connections or any advice, connections and advice strongly needed. Thank you for your help.
 
if you're willing to work in the nude, I am sure you'll find plenty of people that would love to help you get into movies...

It's not all that legit, but, if you want it badly enough, plenty of folks go that route to get noticed.
